MAGNETIC CONVEYING SYSTEMS
HEADS CODE TM
Magnetic heads consist of steel structures where suitable supports are applied. On such supports, permanent magnets are assembled.
Our heads are applied on palletizing and depalletizing systems. A release system, moved by pneumatic cylinders, allows the uniform attachment and detachment of the whole magnetic surface located on the pallet without damaging cans and lids. The result is working-time saving. This allows faster loading and unloading operations and guarantees precision and safety without production damages (cans' fall, pallets' moving, etc.).
The employment of Permanent magnet (NdFeB) with the highest energy density available today, it is obtained by sintering of rare earths.
It has a considerable resistance to demagnetization and can be employed with temperatures from 80°C (in case of standard grades) up to 200°C.Neodymium magnets allows the realization of smaller magnetic dimensions heads as well as smaller weight if compared with Permanent magnet obtained by Iron oxides mixed with Barium or Strontium.
It boasts an excellent magnetic efficiency and resists to high temperatures up to 250°C.Ferrite ones. Furthermore, the use of Permanent magnet (NdFeB) with the highest energy density available today, it is obtained by sintering of rare earths.
It has a considerable resistance to demagnetization and can be employed with temperatures from 80°C (in case of standard grades) up to 200°C.Neodymium magnets ensures a valuable increase of the attraction force. The perimetrical protection guarantees the perfect functionality of the head by avoiding infiltrations which could damage the magnets.
