Pipes without Cones

Our pipes are used for the separation of accidental ferrous parts, from granulated or thin products, which are kept in their inside thus guaranteeing the product's quality as well as the safeguard of any machine that might be placed underneath.

The pipes, vertically placed in materials' falling, have an assembled magnetic cylinder inside, which is fixed to the door. The cylinder is composed by three poles and surmounted, on the above side, by a conic tip with the function of distributing the material on the poles themselves.

The ferrous parts, attracted and held on the permanent magnet's poles, can be removed, after having interrupted the product's flow, by opening the door, the wide dimensions of which allow the manual cleaning operations.

Our pipes are entirely made up of stainless steel. 

If requested, we can also supply counter-flanges to be fixed on the customer's structure in order to facilitate the pipe's positioning.
