Magnetic Belt Separators

Belt separators (overbelts) have a lead role in the automatic extraction of ferrous parts from inert materials which are transported by plane or concave conveyors.

Located on the conveyor itself, overbelts attract the ferrous parts which are dragged by a rubber belt in a lateral area.

Overbelt are employed in inert materials' shattering systems, in the selection of urban solid wastes, in the recycling of wood, plastic and other materials.

The requested maintenance is really minimal and mostly regards their mechanical parts.

The motorization, either hydraulic or electric, enables the belt movement.

Their main advantage is a permanent magnetic power along with an extremely deep magnetic field without any energy-waste.
