Magnetic tracks form a constant and powerful magnetic field even through belts of remarkable thickness. In this way, they can solve many handling problems concerning the conveying of ferrous bodies, cans and lids.

A good combination of magnetic tracks and pulleys allows an either vertical or horizontal conveying system. The choice of a particular kind of track depends on many factors: the overall dimensions, the working angle (0-90°), the belt's thickness and the kind of can (diameter, height, weight).

Our standard tracks are made up of Ferrite magnets. Therefore, they generate wide spectrum magnetic fields and guarantee a good demagnetization as well as high resistance to temperature (350°C) at low costs.

In the last years the various types of Neodymium tracks obtained a remarkable success. in fact, Neodymium's high magnetic characteristics allow the use of tracks with very low thickness, give a higher attraction force and enable the employment of such tracks in high speed transports.

If used at max temperature of 120°C and assembled in plastic pieces, Neodymium tracks allow working even in damp rooms.
