Magnetic Pulleys

Magnetic pulleys are suitable for the transportation of profiles, pipes, cans, lids and any other iron product.

Their application field is very wide even if, in most cases, our pulleys are complementary with our magnetic tracks in the realization of magnetic transports, conveyors, etc.

Our magnetic pulleys are easy to install, do not need any particular maintenance procedure and keep their magnetic power unchanged in time.

Magnetic pulleys are assembled with iron structures where magnets are inserted. In case of pulleys for elevators, the magnets are covered with resin or aluminium disks which allow the realization of conicity or particular productions.

Our magnetic pulleys are mainly produced with Ferrite or Neodymium magnets. Anyway, if high temperature resistance is required, we can provide pulleys made up of Alnico magnets.
